On New Year's Eve, everyone's attention is turned toward the impending countdown to midnight. The day flies past in excitement, and those final few moments linger heavily with anticipation. People gather close together and count down each second in unity. As the clock strikes twelve bottles are popped, kisses are shared, and everybody dies.
